Havana Premium Tour

This tour includes most of the places that are described in the Havana´s Highlights Tour but we add the perfect night to it to make it perfect for you.
We collect you from your hotel or AirbnB in Havana City at 10:00 am to start the day tour. If you are coming on a cruise then the tour guide will meet you at 10:00am(the starting time of the tour can adjusted) the designated meeting point which would be provided and confirmed on your booking confirmation. Most likely you would start off with a very relaxing walking tour of the the four squares of old Havana(Saint Francis of Asissi´s square, Old Square, Main Square and Cathedral Square) during which you would stroll down the streets like a local admiring the architecture and the hidden gems only available in this area of the city. Most of all you will get to see the day to day life of the Cuban people. At your reuquest you could also see old Havana off the beaten path, which would allow you to see real Havana and therefore real Cuba, this would be in a non touristy environment which will make your experience more real and unforgettable. Then we would walk through “Obispo” Street, known by its populous crowd, all the way down to the world famous bar ¨El Floridita¨ (where Ernest Hemingway used to drink his favorite drink ¨Daiquirí¨). Now we just got to the Old Havana from the 50´s, the reason why Havana was known as one of the most beautiful cities in the west hemisphere. Places like the National Capitol, the Central Park and the Grand Theatre, speak loud of the splendor and glamour of those past days.
By then it should be about time to enjoy a breathtaking sunset as we drive by the seawall on the way to the Revolution Square. If you like photos this will be one you want to take. You will see how the old city merges with the new and modern buildings, creating a metaphor of the history of our country.
Around 6:00 pm you will have some time to freshen up and then for dinner at a local restaurant, a meal that might just become the best one that you will have in Cuba (The average price goes from 15 to 20 CUC/per person).
After dinner we walk to the fortress of San Carlos de la Cabaña to enjoy the famous 9 O´clock Cannon Shot Ceremony that will shake you and the city(this can be skipped depending on the show you have reserved). A squad of soldiers dressed in the red and yellow-gold of the Spanish colonial army march towards the cannon, load it with gunpowder and light the fuse. The show is done at the emplacement of La Cabaña salvo battery-21 bronze pieces from the 18th century that display a rich and beautiful decoration(you can also choose to end the tour after the 9 O´clock Cannon Shot Ceremony)
To close the night we head to a show of your preference. We recommend the famous show Tropicana(prices vary from 75 to 95 cuc per person depending on how close you want to sit to the stage) The parisien at the national Hotel(35 cuc per person) and the Buena Vista Social Club (30 cuc per person). If if you are not interested in doing any of these shows then the tour guide could take you to old Havana to explore its bars and night life, this can be just as exciting and fun as going to a show.
We drive you back to your accommodations around midnight confident that you have tasted the best of our beautiful city.
